Costing and Administration Clerk

Reporting to the Electrical Services Manager, the Costing and Administration Clerk provides a range of high level, efficient clerical and administrative support services for the electrical resource group and contribute towards the effective operation of the business unit.
You duties will include:
- Perform a variety of costing functions where applicable such as labour and plant costing, raising purchase orders, payment of invoices and reconciliations.
- Receipt and pick up of invoicing goods for projects and timely dispatch to areas as required to ensure work time lines are met.
- Circulate policy guidelines, notices, instructions and other communications to staff to satisfy internal and external requests for information and advice.
