IT Administration Assistant

Reporting to the CIO but working closely with the IT team you will manage all administrative duties for the IT department. This will involve documenting processes and managing invoicing, IT assets and equipment leasing commitments. In addition you will be responsible for coordinating the provisioning of all data and telecommunication requirements, including the management of our mobile phone fleet. This is a part time position that will provide you with flexibly and work life balance.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in an administrative role within a fast paced corporate environment. Equally valuable will be your attention to detail and drive for high quality client service. Previous experience in lease and IT asset management and skills in managing telecommunications will be highly regarded. In return you'll gain invaluable experience with a market leader in a close knit team environment.
