Senior/Supervisor - Insolvency. $85-65K.

 

• 2 roles. One deals with property & construction clients; the other is dealing in medium sized administrations and liqs for medium to large corporate as well as SME’s.
  
• Partners prefer to empower Senior staff by giving them carriage of small to medium sized secured assignments ($1-10M turnover).
  
• Assignments will include Pre-lend reviews, Receiverships, Restructurings and Trade-On’s.
  
• Outside of statutory matters you will assist senior staff with viability and litigation reviews.
  
• You will have the ability to liaise well with Directors and Creditors and trade businesses.
  
• Supervise 1-5 juniors per assignment.
  
• The juniors look after the mundane tasks giving you more time to manage the day to day trading of the jobs.
