Insolvency Supervisor - $95-85K. Creditor Driven Work?
Most of the work is creditor driven and based on SMEs. You will not find yourself handling liquidations as they have a team of paralegals who take care of it.
They handle trade-on’s for a variety of businesses from the property, hospitality, retail and manufacturing ????? ????? others. They have recently been assigned one of Sydney’s most high profile trade-on’s.
In addition you will be identifying breaches of duties by directors and preparing ????? ????? to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission for further action.
Your strong communication skills will be required for detailed involvement in the public tender of various businesses for sale as going concerns;
You will report directly to the Liquidator who will also play a major role in helping you develop into a capable Manager.
International Mid-Tier with a large insolvency division. 4 + years local corporate Insolvency experience. CA, CPA or IPA.
