Potential exists to move to Director level if you have what it takes to reach the top of the tree.

Experience working with high end clients and the ability to capably manage a team are key requirements. Technical skills will need to be of a high standard and the ability to communicate and manage people well is a must have.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred minimum requirements are:-
- CA/CPA qualified
- 8-10 years plus Australian public practice experience
- Sound technical knowledge
- Experience managing teams and a client portfolio
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in assisting expand your client base
