This is a terrific opportunity to use your previous payroll experience within the Health arena.
This large educator within the health and medical industries has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Payroll Officer or Payroll Clerk to take charge of a large payroll.
The successful candidate must have the following experience;
- Full process payroll in Health
- Attache and MYOB
- Familiar with Crystal Reports (not a necessity)
- Conversant with Award interpretation and Collective Agreements with focus on NSW Health conditions of employment.
Payroll is run fortnightly for just under 100 employees, plus approximately 100 external service providers, such as tutors, markers, writers and sessional lecturers, some of whom have ABN's. Will involve superannuation, reconciliation and payg functions.
The assignment will commence 16 November and continue indefinitely. The organisation closes for Christmas between 25 December re-opening on 11 January 2010 so the successful candidate needs to understand that this period will not be paid.
