HRMS Systems Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a HRMS Systems Analyst. The position requires someone with sound HRMS systems experience along with a keen desire to provide outstanding customer service and client solutions. This position requires someone with a positive attitude and professional approach.

Reporting to the HRMS Systems Manager this position is responsible for maintaining all HRMS systems to ensure that they are fully operational and compliant with Fairfax Media's awards, EBA’s and legislation to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner.

Other responsibilities of the role will be:

·  Delivering ????? ????? services and functionality to the Organisation via involvement in HRMS projects as directed by the HRMS Systems Manager.

·  Providing ad-hoc reporting and information to the business enabling them to make informed and timely business decisions.

·  Maintaining an accurate and up to date HRMS and T&A / Rostering ????? ?????.

·  Identifying and recommending where improvements can be made to ensure better processes are made available to our customers.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role along with substantial exposure to payroll processing, HRMS and rostering ????? ????? well as:

·  High level analytical and problem solving skills

·  Extensive Change Management experience and experience working within large scale change projects

·  Exceptional Communication skills and attention to detail

·  High level of Customer Service skills and ability to build and foster good working relationships

·  Excellent Time Management skills with the ability to effectively identify and prioritise tasks

·  A mature and dedicated approach with the ability to work effectively with a dedicated team
