Working as a Commercial Analyst in our Marketing Division the scope of this role is substantial. Partnering ????? ????? senior managers of marketing, you will provide strong decision support to ensure new product initiatives are aligned to the company's strategic goals and are consistently delivered. The role is primarily focussed on delivering ????? ????? business case support, but will also be required to support all other areas of the Sales and Marketing Commercial team as necessary to ensure key priorities are delivered. You will create, influence, challenge and effectively communicate business cases for marketing initiatives and proposals and communicate across the commercial teams to ensure that marketing propositions are aligned with company goals and other business area capabilities.
 
In this busy and challenging role you will align organisational culture with business strategy, in particular customer focus and employee engagement. You will have good relationship building skills and a good attention to detail. You will be very good with figures: CIMA, CPA, CA or ACCA qualifications are preferable, be strong analytically, have a proactive approach to issue resolution and importantly, a commercial focus.
