Growth role to Finance Manager / Controller

Up to $100k package + discretionary bonus

This organisation has carved out an excellent reputation within its sector and has assembled a well experienced senior management team. They have recently been through a period of ‘corporate renewal’ and need another key hire.
Reporting to the Financial Controller but with broad exposure across the business and to the CFO this is a role which will develop you into your next role quickly. This role will have responsibility for the management reporting and analysis with commentary and ‘value add’. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the Controller in the financial accounting / reporting.
You are a qualified accountant (CA or CPA) and you are keen to get exposure to a broader role in a smaller environment. You want to get access to well experienced senior management (all ex’Big4’) and develop your skills around management and financial accounting to prepare you for your first mid-management role in the future. This is a fulfilling working environment and an opportunity to join an organisation in a cash accumulation phase.
