This property organisation has over 20,000 worldwide employees throughout 45 countries
assisting clients in every stage of the real estate process, representing them in the buying, selling, financing, leasing, managing and valuing of assets, and providing strategic planning and research, portfolio analysis, site selection and space location, among many other advisory services.
This broad position is involved in trust accounting and monthly financial reporting for several
commercial properties. This will include:
• carrying daily trust accounting regarding rent, cash flow and distributions
• monthly reporting of settlements and weekly deal statements
• administration of and management of trust accounting software
• maintaining tenancy schedules , agency agreements and financial records
• analysis of valuations
• maintain relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have trust accounting experience preferably from commercial property along with the ability to take on system improvements and projects involved in valuations and sales analysis of properties.
