This broad and highly visible role represents an exceptional opportunity to be an integral member of the head office team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your primary responsibility will be to provide consistent, hands on financial support through traditional accounting activities. You will be tasked with reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany accounting, maintenance of the general ledger and asset register, month end reporting, as well as analysis, budgeting and forecasting, period end consolidation and ad hoc analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of annual financial and statutory reporting and work closely with the CFO on projects, contributing to the overall success of the accounting team. 

 

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and currently studying their CA/CPA. With strong technical accounting knowledge and excel skills, you will have the ability to communicate at all levels. Your interpersonal skills, sense of humour and commercial acumen will see you capable of building professional relationships across the business. Your dedication, attention to detail and ability to logically problem solve will set you on a path to success.
