Regional Financial Controller

    Opportunity

    Joining a successful team of senior managers, you will ultimately be responsible for the Australian and New Zealand markets and have full control of the finance function. You will also carry out the following:

    • Management of statutory requirements, Tax, GST and tax-effect accounting
    • Improvement and development of any required controls and processes
    • Evaluation of costs, budgets and operations across the region
    • Partner the executive team in developing relevant strategies for performance improvements
    • Mentor up and coming future leaders within the organisation

    Experience Required

    You will ideally be currently working for either a large multinational or a listed organisation and be responsible for a significant financial control of the business. In addition, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

    • Formal qualifications in Accounting (CA/CPA) with strong academic achievements
    • Extensive exposure in a regional role preferably A&NZ, however greater APAC exposure would also be highly regarded
    • Proven track record in change management and performing strategic growth
    • High level exposure to a top tier ERP system
