You will be joining an Australian Icon with a portfolio of brands, products and services that are market leaders. Even within the current environment, this company has continued to deliver on its growth strategy of acquisition and expansion into overseas markets. As a result of recent acquisitions, the role of Property Finance Manager has arisen and represents an excellent opportunity to join this growing organisation.
 
 
Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will be responsible for managing a large national property portfolio. Over seeing a small team, this broad role will cover traditional property accounting as well as extensive involvement with development and asset maximisation projects. You will work closely with operations and external customers ensuring ????? ????? decisions have been made.
 
 
Qualified (CA/CPA) you will have broad accounting skills and a strong understanding of the commercial property market. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive the decision making process will be crucial for success in this role.
