Situated on the Central Coast, this property business requires an experienced finance professional to manage the accounting function of one of its local sites.
This position is hands on and will require the completion of all monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, compliance, debtors and creditors management, and staff supervision.
It will also entail strategic directional and operational changes to move site to the next level.
Ideally you will possess the following attributes:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Finance Manager experience in a commercial environment
- Strong staff management background
- Process re engineering, operational and strategic directives experience
- You will be commercially "savvy" and work well autonomously
