This organization’s creative work is high profile and well respected. Founded over 45 years ago, with an industry veteran as founder and CEO they have adapted and refocused the business over the last 12 months on geographic and sector areas of growth. With a strong pipeline of projects, they require a commercial CFO to support them through the next stage of their growth and help to evolve the business culture moving forward.

Reporting to the CEO and Executive this role is the de facto ‘COO’ with responsibility across finance, IT, real estate, HR and Administration of the firm. Your team will consolidate (8 entities) and report quarterly and annually, but it is your role as commercial partner to the business which is critical. Short term, a system implementation and ensuring ????? ????? fully integrated project costing are key. Networking within the industry and being part of a commercial team around business development and standardization of contracts will also be part of your remit.

You are an appropriately qualified (CA, CPA, MBA) experienced (15 years +) finance leader who has worked within one or some of the following sectors; property, construction, engineering, management consulting, chartered accounting, legal, advertising, infrastructure or any business with a project costing business model. Style wise you prefer ‘boutique’ over ‘corporate’ and you have the hands-on as well and big picture strategic capability to partner with an inspirational CEO and lead a team of varying levels of experience.
