An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and energetic Project Accountant to join the team within this well established organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Project analysis and reporting including WIP analysis, variance analysis and revenue recognition
- Management of the monthly and annual reporting procedures
- Heavy involvement of annual budget and quarterly forecasting
- Contract administration including subcontractors payment processing
- Assist with group statutory reporting
- Continuous process improvement
- Adhoc projects as directed by the Finance Manager
The successful candidate will be CPA/CA qualified with exceptional communication skills and a hands on approach. As a team player with an excellent understanding of the construction industry and contract administration, including sound knowledge of CHEOPS, you will have a confident manner dealing with internal and external stakeholders from sub contractors to directors. It is absolutely essential that you will have a good eye for detail, effective time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
