Financial Services Icon is looking for a Business Analyst who has hands on accounting experience to contribute to their Capital Monitoring ????? ?????.

This is an exciting role that where you will have hands on exposure to developing and maintaining a “world class” capital framework.

Your role will be:

• To undertake the completion of the daily, monthly and annual monitoring ????? ????? capital liquidity
  
• Assist with analysis of new business by participants to identify appropriate capital treatment under the rules and undertake authorization for participants to adopt new capital calculation methodologies
  
• Liaise with Participants to promote compliance and mitigate capital deterioration
  
• Prepare of assist in the preparation of referrals to investigations or enforcement
  
• Assist with implementation of new capital returns system and any future system upgrades
  

Your Background:

• You will ideally be working for a Securities firm, within Audit in a Bank or Financial services firm or you will be working for a Regulatory body.
  
• You will have recent tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance and desirable would be a CPA or CA
  
• You will have at least 3 years experience reviewing and analyzing annual financial returns coupled with a solid exposure to regulatory capital frameworks.
  
• Also an exposure to the principles of managing risk and exposure to VaR models and advanced Excel would desirable.
