Hays Accountancy and Finance is partnered with one of Australia's leading Telco's to search for a Commercial Analyst to join their Head Office team in North Ryde.

Working in a business partnering ????? ?????, interacting with Sales and Marketing, Commercial Management teams, and Divisional Business Units, the Commercial Analyst has responsibility for:

• Undertaking analysis of sales performance and key business drivers
• Producing monthly sales business performance review packs
• Developing the Sales Annual Operating Plans
• Performing analysis by channels & looking at market penetration and channel productivity
• Developing models, challenging and analysing business cases and evaluating new product and pricing initiatives
• Working with Sales and Marketing teams to monitor spend and measure actual vs budget

This is a high level strategic and commercial role and will offer an experienced Commercial Analyst a dynamic and varied role in a fast paced and exciting environment. Previous experience with Sales and Marketing is essential for this role, with preference given to applicants coming from an IT, Telco or FMCG environment.

High levels of business acumen, coupled with relevant qualifications are desired, as are strong communication and interpersonal skills.
