Hays Accountancy and Finance is working with one of Australia's leading telecommunication giants to source experienced Commercial Analysts for a newly created role. Working in a small team in a highly dynamic and innovative division within the company and reporting in to a Commercial Manager, this is an interesting and challenging position.

The Commercial Analyst sits in the Commissions Reporting and Analysis team and is responsible for leading process improvements across the function, forecasting commission payments and obligations, and producing business cases and feasibility studies for new commission strategies and structural reviews.

Paying millions in commissions monthly to internal and external clients, this is a dynamic and fast paced role in a busy and hardworking team. This position will give you exposure to Commercial Directors across the business and Channel Partners, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as high levels of commercial business acumen.

Candidates with previous experience in Commercial Analyst roles are invited to apply with particular preference given to those with exposure to commissions or pricing reporting and analysis.
