Customer Account Coordinator

Working in the Western Suburbs for this well known industry leader we are looking for a solid Accounts Coordinator to come onboard.
Do you have experience in the Building or Construction industry? Are you looking for a role that will keep you challenged? If you have previous experience in the Accounts arena and are confident in face to face dealings then we want to hear from you!
Duties will include:
- Accounts Receivable procedures
- Preparation of customer accounts
- Settlement of accounts
- Liaising and negotiating with customers, legal representatives and lending bodies
- Coordination of appliances and products for installation at the completion of construction
-Outstanding debtor collections
- Administration duties as required
In this role you will manage the end of the construction process with the home buyer, through to handover of keys and finalising accounts. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A solid work history and previous experience in the Building or Construction industry. Experience in a similar role is needed as well as a strong customer focus. The ability to work well under pressure and be able to multi task is a must.
Onsite parking and new offices. You will be working in a solid, friendly team with support from upper management. There is stability and career progression available for candidate who wish to move up the ladder within a strong, corporate business
