This is an opportunity to join Dun & Bradstreet, one of the world's leading providers of receivables management services (RMS). RMS is a rapidly-growing, performance oriented business unit and we need a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

Role Responsibility
As a Commercial Collector, you will be responsible for managing the recovery of our clients' accounts across a range of industries. The role involves motivating our customers' debtors to promptly settle their outstanding accounts, resolve disputes through negotiation and maintain an uncompromising attitude towards exceptional customer service. The key focus of this position is on Commercial Collections (80%) with some Consumer Collections (20%).

Role Requirements
You must be able to clearly demonstrate that you possess:

• Proven commercial and consumer collections experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong results orientation, with a drive and desire to achieve;
• A proven track record of achieving targets and working towards key performance indicators
• Effective time management and organisational skills;
• Team oriented attitude, with real and sustained enthusiasm;
• A sound working knowledge of the credit & collections management processes and
• Effective PC skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Collector who can demonstrate a strong track record of results, or for a career focussed individual who is looking to continue their Collections career with a longer term view to moving into a Commercial Collections Account Management position.
