Reporting directly to the Team Leader - Credit & Collections, your responsibilities will include:
* Collection of all outstanding invoices * Problem solving and escalation of issues * Documenting of all actions * Compiling collections for different daily reports * Ensuring ????? ????? on customers accounts are accurate * Maintain payments record sheet with payments made daily
To be considered, you will need to display a minimum of 3 years in a Credit/Collections role looking after large commercial accounts, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong Excel experience and an outgoing personality. Oracle experience is highly regarded!
