Senior Accounts Payable - Return to Work

Very stable company based on the north shore is looking for a solid Accounts Payable with extensive experience to join a very fun and stable team.

You will be responsible for all areas of Accounts Payable including:

• Matching of Invoices to Purchase Orders
• Ensuring ????? ????? invoices are appropriately authorised and coded;
• Accurate processing of approved Accounts Payable invoices
• Performance of supplier statement reconciliations
• Performance of Payment runs, both cheque and EFT based
• Servicing client needs, both internally and externally
• Other ad hoc duties as required

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have had a minimum of 3 years previous experience in Accounts Payable, have intermediate level MS Excel skills and very strong accuracy and attention to detail.

It would be highly advantageous to have utilised a large ERP system (such as Oracle, SAP or Great Plains).

A stable background will be highly regarded and you MUST have excellent communication skills.
