The iExpenses team is part of our Financial Transactional Services Team who provide Accounts Processing to the whole of our Australian business.  The main responsibility of the iExpenses Team is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all personal expense claims in accordance with established procedures.  The team works actively to continually improve processes, systems and technology and they build and maintain effective customer relationships through the provision of high quality customer service.

The iExpenses team is looking for a new team member to help in the day-to-day processing of iExpenses claims and the resolution of issues for Lend Lease employees. 

You have the opportunity to join this busy team if you have:

•  a minimum of one years accounting experience, which can be gained in either AP, AR, payroll or expense reconciliation;
• either the experience in, or the confidence to provide training to large groups of people; and
• excellent written and spoken English, be a confident team player, and be confident taking phone calls.

Ideally you will have experience managing other staff members and will have used Oracle – but this is not essential.
