Reporting to the Department Manager your role will be to provide second level customer support to existing and new clients. This is a highly varied and fast paced position involving daily actioning of specific technical enquiries via phone and email relating to the customer's various transactional needs including logging of issues and tracking requirements. Application support will include queries and issue resolution in both SQL & Unix systems as well as PHP, Java and web applications.

If you possess helpdesk experience and knowledge of at least two of the mentioned applications we would like to have a discussion with you.
