This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in Real Estate. Our client is a major player in the Real Estate industry in the Western Suburbs as they have a strong franchise brand behind them and have many satisfied clients because of their professional approach.
Due to an internal promotion they now require the services of an experienced Property Manager or Property Officer to join their team.
Based in a modern and stylish office your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a rent roll of 300 properties with the assistance of a Property Officer
- Tribunal attendance
- Repairs & maintenance
- Arrears control
- Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
- Showing Properties
To be a success in this role you will have previous experience as a Property Manager or be an experienced Property Officer looking to take the next step in their Real Estate career. You will have a current Certificate of Registration and ideally live locally near Parramatta. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and exceptional presentation are essential for this role.
