This company is made up of a group of specialized project managers and has been in the Brisbane market for over 20 years. Recognised for their project delivery and professionalism, they have won awards for excellence in installation. Project lists include schools, commercial outlays and shopping centres. Nationally this business has over 400 staff members and a turnover which exceeds $50 million.

Currently there is an opening for a Project Manager to join a team of 4 project managers in the Brisbane office.

Reporting into the operations manager you will have the following responsibilties:

• Developing relationships and maintaining relationships with corporate and government clients
• Estimating and Tender Submission
• Progress Reporting and Tracking Project Profitability
• Supervision of Site Supervisors on your project
• Monitoring labour and cost, ensuring the project is running to schedule

We are looking for a trade qualified Electrical Project Manager with a well developed knowledge of the Brisbane market. This role could suit someone who had previously owned their own business dealing with projects over $500,000 in electrical value. The successful applicant will have prior experience with full accountability in estimating and managing their projects and will be looking for the backing of a national electrical brand that speaks for quality.
