This Leading Global Brand is looking for a Food Advisor to join their team for a 10 month contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly supportive, dynamic and exciting environment; you will enjoy going to work everyday!
 
As Food Advisor you will be assisting consumers with any queries they have regarding existing and new products, the company and a range of general enquiries. Consumers make contact via telephone, email and letters so you will be responding to all these forms of communication in an accurate and timely manner. Each Advisor is also responsible for liaising with a particular area of the business so ensure they have update information on products and activities.
 
This team work very closely with each other to provide the highest level of service. Full training on products will be given and you will be allocated a "buddy" to support you in your first few months. Everyone is friendly, down to earth and very approachable; they truly work as a team!
 
To be considered for this amazing opportunity you should have a tertiary qualification in a food science related discipline, have customer service experience and most importantly have a passion for food!
