We are currently searching for a super experienced Sales Learning expert to lead the development and implementation of the VHA Sales Academy.  The Sales Academy is the framework that supports the knowledge and skills development across our sales channels within the VHA business.  Part of your role will be to scope out the business needs and priorities, and develop the framework for the Sales Academy solution for the year ahead.  This is a highly consultative role - one which requires expert stakeholder management skills and well as expertise in all elements of the training cycle - Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation.
 
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you should be a Sales professional with outstanding facilitation skills that enable our people to develop the right skills to support our business.  Ideally with a minimum of 5 years Learning experience, you will be flexible, adaptable and responsive to changing needs and priorities.
