Job Description
In this high profile role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit growth for the Woolworths group of accounts in line with the trade strategy to meet customer and consumer objectives. Perceived as the 2IC to the Channel Leader, your remit will also involve significant leadership and talent development to your direct reports as well as to the greater sales & marketing team.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will have a first class FMCG account management and leadership track record coupled with the desire to continuously develop your skill set and career. First class communication, presentation and negotiation skills are expected and confidence in negotiating and influencing at the leadership level, both internally and externally is also required.
