The Role:
- Implement and drive business strategy and direction through a mix of up to 20 HIGH PROFILE and suburban stores
- Identify opportunities for growth within your area and develop a Business Development Plan to maximise opportunities.
- Provide effective people management and leadership incorporating all HR aspects from recruitment, development and performance management
- Implement and effectively manage new initiatives and changes in personnel and operational procedures
Your Skills:
Superior Customer Service and strong sales focus gained as a multi site manager with a leading fashion or fashion accessories retailer
A Proven record as a “hands on” and goal focussed operational leader with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills
Ability to adopt a total business perspective and balance short and long term views
Formal training and tertiary qualifications in business management would be well regarded but are not essential
