Operations Manager – Shopping Centre – Inner West - $60K+

Busy shopping centre in Sydney’s Inner West

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their friendly team of professionals. You will be responsible for managing the operations for a busy shopping centre in Sydney’s West.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your main task will be to ensure the Centre is safe, secure and inviting at all times. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the centre including capital expenditure and forecasting, risk management, OH&S, resource management, sustainability and managing security and cleaning.

To be successful in this role you will need a trade background and a minimum of two years Operations/Facilities experience in property. Ideally you will have had exposure to sustainability to minimise wastage and resources. It is essential that you are proactive and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. An electrical background and forklift license is preferred.
