Our client is an international forward thinking promotional marketing agency. They are well known for their full service strategic and creative work across premiums and merchandise, rewards/loyalty and digital programs.
Due to expansion, they currently seek an experienced Account Director to drive the Premiums and Merchandise team, manage existing clients and to generate new business opportunities.
As an Account Director, you will be required to perform the following:
- Manage a team of marketing specialists
- Manage and develop major accounts
- Meet annual sales budgets/targets
- Strategic account planning
- Provide innovative and creative promotional solutions
- Strive to attain exceptional levels of client service
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- 4 + years experience in Promotional Marketing and or/ Promotional Merchandise
- Formal marketing qualifications or related discipline
- People management skills and ability
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong project management skills
- Strong creative/innovative mind
- Ability to deal with all levels of an organisation
Client liaison, time management, sales/marketing flair and leadership are essential skills. In return $100,000 plus salary package is available to negotiate upon experience.
