Our client is a boutique Australian Market Research agency based on the Lower North Shore. They specialise in 'full service' market research for the service industry and major corporates, as well as some social and community issues research. In their thirty year plus history, they have developed strong long-term relationships with their clients, who include some of Australia's leading brands.
 
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with 2+ years experience to take a key position in the delivery of quality customised ad-hoc quantitative research and some existing tracking studies.

Ideally the successful candidate will:

• Be looking to take the next step in their career
• Have a strong desire to interact with clients across some of Australia's leading brands on a day to day basis
• Possess strong personal skills and be a self-starter
• Be organised and deliver to deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail and good written communication skills
• Have a good understanding of quantitative research and the ability to interpret data
• Be competent in the use of Excel and PowerPoint; SPSS skills would also be an advantage

Key responsibilities include:

• Key internal liaison for projects - with Directors and senior research staff, and in house fieldwork and IT departments - regarding sample and quota management, data outputs, quality assurance and management of delivery deadlines
• Key day-to-day client project liaison
• Briefing and managing any external suppliers
• Analysing and interpreting quantitative data
• Drafting reports, presentations and other key deliverables
