We are
currently seeking 2 x Service Controllers in our
Passenger Vehicle Division, primarily responsible for
authorising and processing repairs and maintenance of fleet
vehicles for internal & external clients.
The successful
applicants will be expected to establish, develop and maintain high
quality working relationships with management, staff, clients and
suppliers; as well as reach set KPI's, comply with relevant
State/Federal legislation and process invoices with
accuracy.
You will also
need to possess the following:

Qualifications
& experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic with a
minimum of 5 years experience post
apprenticeship

2-3
years service advisor experience
-
Computer
literacy with intermediate to advanced MS Suite
skills
-
Strong
negotiation skills
-
Excellent
communication skills & telephone manner
-
Ability
to analyse problem situations
-
Fast
& accurate keyboard skills
