Our client is a privately owned sea and air freight forwarding company that has more than 150 years of success with 1600 staff worldwide working in 110 branches across 27 countries.
Currently they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operator to join there Sydney team.
Your Role -
- Monitoring ????? ????? service requirements for designated accounts
- Record information and requests from clients
- Relay information to other departments/offices/branches
- Provide timely accurate feedback to the client
- Load orders
- Prepare status reports
- Manage any concerns
Must Have -
- Previous Customer Service experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
- Sound knowledge of import and export operations
- Experience with Edi Enterprise
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proactive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Enjoy building rapport with people on all levels
