One of Australia's most prominent professional services organisations is urgently seeking a three Remedy Technical Specialist to join their close knit team.
Responsible for the development, performance enhancement, upgrades and implementations of the Remedy Action Request System (ARS), you should have a strong background in Remedy development and experience in business analysis and problem solving.
In addition to this, you will be solely responsible for process improvement, including process automation and the management of workflow procedures, so experience in an autonomous role is essential. An experience with CMDB highly sought after.
