Hybrid Business Analyst with strong Server-Side PL/SQL, North-Sydney

I have a superb opportunity with my client, a leading Software Company with their APAC operations ran from Sydney. With a whole raft of exciting new client projects underway they are now looking for a hybrid Business Analyst/Server Side PL/SQL Developer to join their team.

I am looking for a candidate who has a blend of skills both on the business side - Business Analysis, client engagement, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, functional design etc - as well as the technical side (very strong server side Oracle PL/SQL experience, stored procedures, packages, triggers etc as well as Webservices skills) as you will be required to be heavily involved in the technical aspects of the project from a database and application development perspective as well as from a software integration aspect (my clients product is an enterprise product & interfaces with ERP's such as SAP, Oracle Financials etc).

This is a role that will involve both a client facing/engagement aspect as well as a heavy, indepth technical part & I require a candidate who has the aptitude and experience to do both.

This is a role that will require applicants to demonstrate gravitas and credibility with senior professionals in their clients businesses so at least 8 years commercial experience is required for this position.

In terms of industry experience any exposure to the New Media or Broadcasting industries would be highly beneficial but are not essential.
