The Opportunity
 
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible for the internal recruitment of high quality professional support and junior professional recruitment services for the business nationally, whilst consulting to Hiring ????? ????? embedding the HR selection process.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of an end to end recruitment service for both permanent and fixed term requirements

  • Tailoring ????? ????? guides to assist hiring ????? ????? the interview process

  • Pro- actively source candidates for future vacancies and developing talent pools

  • Develop relationships and regular CRM with key stakeholders such as Hiring ????? ?????, Employees & Candidates and monitor other relationship activities

  • Ensure National HR managers have visibility and input into selection process

  • Establish understanding of all stakeholder & business unit requirements through participation in regular meetings, resource planning and forecasting sessions

  • Work as a key team member to ensure seamless relationship with business

  • Promotion of the employee referral program

 Skills Required:
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in an in-house or RPO solution.

  • Alternatively proven delivery within a fast paced/high volume environment recruiting of Support level roles across Marketing, Finance, Facilities & Operations. 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated strong consultative stakeholder management skills

  • Strong time management and organisation skills.

  • Passion for excellence, Confidence, Resilience, Tenacity & ability to work under pressure
