Internal Recruitment Consultant (6 Month Contract)

My client is a large US owned organisation. They currently have an excellent opportunity for a experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their internal recruitment team.  To apply for this role you will have a strong background in white collar recruitment and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
 
The successful candidate will have:

• Solid experience in white collar recruitment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong influential ability


• Very process driven attitude and ability to communicate with Senior Staff and Stakeholders 


• Experience in end-to-end recruitment (highly desirable) 

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Proven experience in the delivery of superior recruitment in a fast paced environment


• Demonstrated customer focus and a collaborative, team-oriented approach


• Ideally you will have experience recruiting for advisory consultants for a management consulting firm


• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and deadlines


• Highly developed negotiation and issue resolution skills


• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in order to successfully liaise with candidates, contractors and clients


• Ability to work autonomously and with initiative, focus, confidence and thoroughness


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and exposure to Recruitment or HR information systems
