This is a pivotal role which will see you consult, advise and drive HR initiatives in line with business needs.

Working closely with stakeholders and the senior management team you will ensure each business unit has the necessary tools and support to develop and retain their team member's people in order to grow the business effectively. This is a 360 degree role that will see you involved in all aspects of business. You will need to provide solutions for all aspects of HR including; coaching to Managers/employees on policy and guidelines, demonstrate understanding of all legislation & policies, generate employment contracts and assist in the general administration of the employee life cycle.
 
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong attention to detail and a proven track record in an HR generalist role, particularly a 360 degree role within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You must also have a passion for results, be confident in your delivery and be able to think outside the square. Tertiary Qualifications, strong customer service focus along with excellent communication skills are a must!
