Human Resources Manager - Marketing Location - Sydney South East As an Australian ‘Employer of Choice’, this FMCG offers a fast paced and dynamic working environment in addition to excellent opportunities for career progression. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Australasia you will Partner the Marketing function with a headcount of approximately 460 employees and lead a team of 4 HR and Training & Development professionals. In addition to being part of the HR Leadership Team, the Marketing Leadership teams and enterprise wide leadership groups, this role will involve liaising with key internal stakeholders across all levels of the business, including line managers, Department Heads and external consultants. Key Accountabilities: The primary focus of the HR Manager - Marketing will include: - Delivering ????? ????? HR services that address the priorities of the Marketing Function including Reward, Culture and Engagement, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Employee Relations
- Provide coaching, leadership and guidance to Marketing on organisational change and effectiveness initiatives.
- Continue to cultivate the awareness of the importance of HR as a business partner in meeting Functional and Company strategies and objectives.
- Building effective relationships across the organisation and offer an innovative and proactive approach.
Skills and experience required:- Extensive HR experience, ideally within FMCG
- Excellent leadership capability – people and strategic.
- Strong change management experience, including leading change initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in building excellent relationship at all levels.
- Ability to tailor HR products to the needs of the Marketing function.
- Good resource management and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, i.e. influencing, diplomacy, persuasiveness, facilitation and self-awareness.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
This position will offer the opportunity to work for a global business within a collaborative and results driven HR team. This contract will initially be 3-6 months in duration and has the potential to offer longer term opportunities for the right candidate including international possibilities,
