Our client is searching for a sales manager to look after a team of representatives who sell products into the critical care and surgical environment. Ideally they would like this manager to have the following:

At least 2 years experience in managing a sales team in Australia

Previous experience selling medical devices in NSW Hospitals

Sound knowledge of the industry in Australia

The ability to lead and inspire others to achieve and exceed sales target

Skills in training and supporting team members

Knowledge of Area Health Services and their key decision makers

Experience in managing tenders and contracts

Key to the role is the right ATTITUDE.  The successful candidate will be positive and collaborative, and be able to demonstrate an open communication style and a encouraging and supportive management style.  You will be able to make the hard decisions and your strategic thinking and superior business planning will assist the team in reaching targets
