Market-leading financial services client has an excellent role available for a Credit Risk Analyst to focus on the overdraft space. As they continually look to improve all aspects of their Credit Risk management strategy and capabilities they are now looking for a SAS Credit Risk Analyst to work in this product orientated role.

I am looking for a talented and ambitious Credit Risk Analyst who has solid numerical academics (Maths, Stats, OR) and at least 2 years commercial experience as a Credit Risk Analyst using SAS. This is a high profile role where you will engage with stakeholders across the business (Systems Teams, Operational Staff, FrontLine Staff) & be able to influence & bring ????? ????? in the Overdraft arena.

With a heavy focus on improving profitability on both a customer and portfolio level this role requires candidates to have a good grounding & understanding of retail credit risk and its principles in order for you to maximise the impact of your statistical expertise and SAS skills.

This is a role that will involve you becoming a real agent for change, driving projects & leading strategic initiatives and understanding enough about the business to ensure these are tactically implemented in an effective fashion. You will have a big input into areas such as application approvals, authorisations, credit limit management and early collections.

I am looking for a candidate with first class communication skills, who can present to different audiences & adapt their communication style when required. I am looking for candidates who can also go end to end in terms of beginning a new project/initiative but then also have the drive to see it through to delivery.
