As the importance of energy efficient and sustainable building operations continues to increase, the focus on in-depth data analysis and forecasting becomes crucial.  In line with this, my client is looking to add to it's, already impressive, Sustainability group.

In this role, and reporting to the National Sustainability Leader, you will be responsible for managing, analysing and reporting on key building performance metrics through an established data management system.  Ultimately, you will work closely with the key stakeholders to research and analyse environmental performance across a wide range of built assets and provide viability forecasts based on a proposed improvement strategies.

The successful applicant will be degree qualified in an environmental, sustainability or related discipline with a strong and proven ability in statistical analysis.  The ability to manage large volumes of data and provide complex, but easily understood reports is essential, as is comprehensive knowledge of environmental legislation and issues including climate change, carbon and energy management, water and waste.
