Concierge Manager - Westfield Sydney Project

This retail redevelopment will integrate Westfield's existing three sites into one iconic retail centre offering ????? ????? the finest foods and international brands. Westfield is now seeking the expertise of a talented and experienced Concierge Manager with 5 star experiences to join our team. The Concierge Manager will be joining the team during ????? ????? and initially you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures and the recruitment of the Concierge team prior to the opening of the Centre. You will also be responsible for leading and managing the Concierge team to deliver a premium level tailor made shopping experience. Key responsibilities: - Developing 5 star policies and procedures
- Proactively lead and promote high levels of customer service
- Train, mentor, recruit, performance manage and allocate duties to the Concierge as and when required.
- Lead and Motivate team
- Oversee and ensure integrity of Lost & Found register, mobility services records and POS transactions.
- Implement Marketing initiatives and activities as directed by the Retail Manager.
- Annual budgeting and business planning for Concierge Services
- Reviewing of rostering
- Managing Client/Stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- Meeting with retailers to discuss their needs and any issues relating to Concierge services
- Day to day operational management of Concierge services
- Coaching and Development of Concierge team
- Annual review on concierge services and facilitate and perform contract negotiation process
- Management of the Gift Card process
To be successful in this newly created role you will have a Extensive experience within a 4-5 star hotel, retail concierge or service provider with experience in a senior management capacity. This role requires a true leader who can take ownership of the operation as well as demonstrate strong relationship building abilities to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills and strong knowledge of the Sydney Tourism attractions.
