We are seeking three experienced Customer Service Team Leaders to join our exciting Customer Service unit to provide a wide range of services to our residents, businesses and visitors.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive on not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations. You will have great communication skills and proven experience of supervising a team within a call ????? ????? customer facing environment. A demonstrated ability in training, mentoring ????? ????? staff is essential.
