The Opportunity
 
As the Leasing Secretary you will provide support to the Leasing Executives and stay one step ahead in order to keep them on track, through the processing of lease documents and managing their administrative needs.  You will be part of a dynamic and fun team, where there are genuine career progression opportunities and a good support network.    
 
Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the administrative needs for a team of Lease Execs

  • Ensure all documentation is produced and authorised according to guidelines

  • Produce and track documents

  • Diary management and travel coordination

  • Presentation creation

  • Working with team members to achieve set sales objectives

Professional Skills & Knowledge 
 
This is an exceptional opportunity to join Australia's leading retail property group with the added bonus of being based at our global headquarters.  The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar Team Secretary role along with a business administration qualification.  Property experience is well regarded, though not essential.  You will have excellent MS Office skills along with good written and verbal communication skills.  You will need to be highly organised and have strong time management skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities and personalities.
