This role will initially see you leading a 8 man service team and you will be given directives which you will be free to implement in whatever way you see best. You will roster your techs and support them to encourage maximal efficiency within your team whilst promoting a positive working environment. At times if the team is struggling with a particularly challenging technical issue, you will become involved in fault finding, troubleshooting and have regular customer interaction with high profile clients. You will report directly to the General Manager of NSW who leads his team efficiently and well.
To apply you really MUST HAVE at least 2 years current experience in supervising technicians in the servicing of commercial electronic security systems encompassing all aspects of CCTV, access control, remote access and so forth. Knowledge of LANs would be an advantage but we will train the successful applicant. You MUST HAVE current licenses and be genuinely looking for the best opportunity to propel your career to the next level.
