Works Supervisor
A Leading Facilities Management Company
Immediate start Central Sydney, Inner West
$30 + super per hour + KM Reimbursment
This leading Maintenance and Asset Management provider is looking for Works Supervisors to coordinate maintenance across a large residential portfolio.
The role requires you to provide day-to-day supervision of subcontractors delivering ????? ????? including bathroom, kitchen renovations and general upgrades/ building works.
It is your responsibility to ensure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
You will provide direction to subcontractors and ensure work is delivered as specified in the work order. You will also inspect work at completion to sign off.
To be successful in this role you will come from a trades background ideally carpentry, building, plumbing or electrical.
You must have a Contractors Licence or Qualified Supervisors Licence.
